Dua lipa is an English artist and performer born August 22, 1995 from London United Kingdom. After working as a fashion model her decision was to join Warner Bros Records and release her debut album titled "Dua Lipa" in the year 2017. It peaked in at the third spot in the U.K. charts for albums and featured eight singles including the U.K. top ten hit track New Rules and Be the One. I.D.G.A.F. The album, which is now been recognized as Platinum in several countries around the world has won two Brit Awards (in the year 2018) for British Female Single Artist as well as British Breakthrough act. Dua Lipa was conceived by London by Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa rexha (mother) and Dukagjin Lilipa (father). By way of her maternal grandmother Dua Lipa, she is Bosnian. Her ancestry can be traced back to Peja which is a city located in Kosovo. The two grandparents of Lipa were both historians. Her siblings include Rina as well as Gjin.
